Busy weekend for Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering. We were cooking for the Rooster Tails Fishing Club in Auburn CA again this year. We’ve been there for three years now. Then off to Harmony Ridge in Nevada City for an evening wedding rehearsal dinner.
One of our most popular appetizers is the slow roasted tomato bruschetta. It goes well with any type of food or drink and is sure to delight!
