This festive Christmas lunch was hosted at Auburn Chevy / Subaru, where we served our classic tri-tip and chicken breast alongside spring mix salad with fresh veggies, roasted red potatoes, ranch beans, and plenty of garlic ciabatta and cheese bread. A wonderful way to celebrate the season together. ✨

Each year, the Nevada City Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum hosts a volunteer appreciation barbecue—and we’re honored to cater it.
