As a traveling BBQ caterer, we see and enjoy serving at many different venues around Northern California. One of the most beautiful venues is Mountain Shadows in Forresthill which we had the pleasure to cater from once again. The view is breathtaking and the facility is wonderful to work in.
Willow Creek Wedding Catering
Catering a wedding at the Willow Creek Event Center Barn. On the menu for the first course were pulled pork sliders, meatballs, brie cheese with crackers & fruit tray, and bruschetta. For the main course, we served BBQ tri-tip, chicken, ranch beans, mac & cheese, roasted potatoes, and ciabatta bread.
Oh and two donkeys had saddlebags full of beer serving the guests. When the dinner was ready to serve the chef (Tom) rang the dinner bell.

Fundraiser at Naggiar Vineyards and Winery
This was a BBQ that we catered at the beautiful Naggiar Vineyards and Winery in Nevada County. The event was a fundraiser for the Law Enforcement and Fire Safety Council of Nevada County. We served 85+ people our most popular dinner; Tri-tip, chicken breasts, roasted red potatoes, fresh garden salad, and Truckee Sourdough Ciabatta bread. Our homemade S’mores cupcakes and Cheesecake cupcakes were a big hit for dessert. Their tasting room and event center were beautifully decorated with flowers everywhere. The surrounding vineyards and rolling hills made for a spectacular view – one of our BBQ team’s most enjoyable aspects of the job. The event was a huge success.
