We love it when we can be a part of our community’s events and yesterday, June 4th, was no exception. At the Nevada County Fairgrounds we served over 250 cancer survivors sponsored by the Sierra Nevada Hospital Foundation. They enjoyed Bill’s Chuckwagon’s Traditional Barbequed Chicken and Beef with Tom’s Famous Homemade BBQ sauce, a salad of Spring Greens, Ranch Beans, and Hot Chibatta Garlic Bread, under the beautiful pines trees.
Rough & Ready Vineyards is beautifully green in June and picture perfect for a wedding. The rich red barn in the background is a nice touch adding color to the event. Also, adding a nice touch to the event is great food and Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering is perfect for the job. Serving our ‘Traditional Barbequed Beef and Chicken’, the wedding party is first in line starting with our fresh and colorful spring greens salad.
A wedding celebration held at Crawford’s Barn in Sacramento with beautifully set tables in preparation for guests to enjoy Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ catering.
We started the meal with bruschetta brie cheese with fruit and cracker tray.
Then the mouth watering entrées of bbq chicken, beef and grilled portobello mushrooms filled the plates of over 150 guests. Sides of spring mix salad, roasted garlic red potatoes and veggies with hot seasoned ciabatta bread were added.
We can tell the meal was a big hit because there wasn’t much left in our warmers at the end of the event.
