A Tahoe City Wedding with Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering – a fantastic combination! Tahoe City provided the beauty of the pine trees, the lake close by and cool weather. Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering provided meatballs, bruschetta, a cracker, cheese and fruit tray for the appetizers; baby back ribs, grilled sausages, chicken with sides of grilled potatoes, green salad and ciabatta bread.
A great day for this summertime wedding, where the tables were set, food was served and all the guests enjoyed the celebration!

 

Miller’s pond is an extraordinary spot to gather with friends and family for a wedding. Green grass surrounding the clear water of the pond and oak trees standing by creating a calming atmosphere. As the sun goes down and the lights turn on, the pinks, oranges and yellows reflect on the pond turning it into a beautiful painted like setting.

We love it when we can barbeque and serve our traditional chicken and beef dinner there, including roasted red potatoes, green salad and hot garlic chiabotta bread. Tables full of happy guests enjoy their meal while surrounded by the colorful sunset. A memorable day for all.

Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering travels to neighboring city’s 50 to 100 miles from our home base of Grass Valley. We enjoy seeing areas outside of our immediate neighborhood and meeting some wonderful people within them.

Honker Bay, a wedding venue in Oroville, is no exception. A beautiful site for an wedding or other events. The wedding party and their guest enjoyed our traditional BBQ beef and chicken with Tom’s famous homemade sauce. Sides included our colorful green salad with organic spring greens, roasted garlic red potatoes and hot ciabatta bread.
