It gives us great pleasure to cater for the many events that happen in our community year around. A couple of these are Grass Valley Rotary Club Casino Night feeding 100 people and the 11th annual Daddy Daughter Dance a fund raiser for Community Beyond Violence feeding 600 people. Thank you to the community for your on going support.

We are so pleased to have been a part of the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce 116th annual awards dinner  by catering the meal for 160 members. The first course was a salad of organic spring mix topped with craisins, almonds, and feta cheese with a balsamic drizzle. Then followed by Santa Maria style tri-tip, lemon pepper chicken breast, garlic roasted red potatoes, grilled veggies, and dinner rolls from local bakery, Duprees. The meal was finished with Tom’s famous white chocolate cheesecake!

Benchmark Thermal in Grass Valley catering a great barbque lunch for them compliments of the company.
