June weddings in Nevada County are so beautiful under the tall pines and big oaks. This wedding was catered at Harmony Ridge Lodge, we served our colorful green salad, the ever popular mac & cheese, garlic roasted red potatoes, traditional BBQ beef and chicken, and ciabatta bread.  All this equals very happy guests!

 

Celebration and plenty of fun was happening at the barn a few weeks ago (The Barn at Willow Creek). We started out with Bruschetta brie cheese with crackers and a fruit tray which is beautiful on the tables. For dinner our BBQ grill was busy cooking ball tip roast, chicken breasts with veggies. And of course a side of mac & cheese, salad and ciabatta garlic bread is a must to complete the dinner course.
