Happy fall!  We catered for a group Coldwell Banker employees a fall style brunch. The menu included mini croissants with turkey, pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips, a pesto salad, green salad with dried cranberries, apples, pumpkin seeds, feta cheese with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. A great way to start your work day!

Birthday parties are so much fun but even more fun when someone else does the cooking and serving.  Oh yeah, that means you can relax and enjoy the party! Look at all this delicious food that your guest will enjoy, ribs, chicken, beef, portobello mushrooms, veggies, potatoes and ciabatta bread.

 

 

 

 

 

Catering for an event with a theme is so fun! This event, a wedding with a Hawaiian theme was held in Lincoln. We cooked and served pulled pork teriyaki chicken with grilled pineapple, rice pilaf, tropical fruit salad,  a green salad and Hawaiian rolls.  With everyone wearing leis and festive decor we were transported to the islands for a few hours!
