Happy fall! We catered for a group Coldwell Banker employees a fall style brunch. The menu included mini croissants with turkey, pumpkin muffins with chocolate chips, a pesto salad, green salad with dried cranberries, apples, pumpkin seeds, feta cheese with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. A great way to start your work day!

BBQ Catering with Hawaiian Theme
Catering for an event with a theme is so fun! This event, a wedding with a Hawaiian theme was held in Lincoln. We cooked and served pulled pork teriyaki chicken with grilled pineapple, rice pilaf, tropical fruit salad, a green salad and Hawaiian rolls. With everyone wearing leis and festive decor we were transported to the islands for a few hours!
