This mountain oasis is one of calm and tranquility. A perfect venue for a wedding celebration with friends and family. Catering this lovely event we served appetizers of meatballs, Bruschetta and Brie cheese with fruit as guest mingled and visited. The dinner tables were beautifully decorated and ready for us to serve; green salad, our popular beef and chicken barbeque, mac & cheese, roasted red potatoes, grilled veggies, and ciabatta bread.
What can be more perfect than BBQ catering for a Ranch Wedding. Bill’s Chuckwagon has it covered! There was appetizers of Roasted Tomato Bruschetta and Brie Cheese with Fruit Tray and Crackers. For dinner BBQ ball tip roast, chicken breast, green salad, roasted garlic red potatoes, and garlic bread. YUM!!
