For this event we carved our slow-roasted tri-tip and served grilled chicken, roasted red potatoes, and a colorful mix of seasonal sautéed vegetables. Our team plated and served each guest so they could relax, enjoy the food, and spend time together.

Celebration of Life Catering – On-Site BBQ in Nevada County

Memorial gatherings are never easy, but they are meaningful. We were honored to cater a celebration of life this week — bringing family and friends together over a warm meal, shared stories, and quiet moments of remembrance.

In times like these, food becomes more than just food. It creates space to gather, to reflect, and to comfort one another. We’re grateful to help take a little stress off families so they can focus on what truly matters. 🤍

The Grass Valley Rotary Club hosted their annual fundraiser this year with a fun Alice in Wonderland theme, and what a great night it was!

We served up tri-tip, roasted chicken, and veggie burgers, along with our classic potato salad, assorted chips, and fresh-baked cookies. The room was full of energy, laughter, and community spirit.
