Miners Foundry is one of Nevada City’s beautiful historical venues that everyone loves. It’s right in the heart of downtown has a large dinning area with it’s interesting rock walls is fun to decorate of use as is. We enjoy catering events there. For this wedding anniversary party we barbequed half chickens and ball tip roast with sides of mac and cheese, a spring greens salad and ciabatta bread.

The aroma of the beef, chicken and salmon cooking on our traveling barbeque will permeate the air of your event. This brings the anticipation of the meal to come. In addition to serving your guests the delicious main entreé, there are sides of spring mix salad, roasted red potatoes and ciabatta bread added to their plates. With smiling faces guests eagerly find their tables to enjoy the dinner.
