Catering a meal to thank the volunteers of the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum is always a delight for us. It takes many dedicated volunteers to keep this important piece of history alive right here in our county.

We traveled with barbecue in tow to Lincoln’s beautiful 2121 Ranch venue to cater a wedding. Serving appetizers of bruschetta bread and meatballs. For dinner, we served our famous tri-tip and skinless, boneless chicken breasts with sides of organic spring mix salad, roasted garlic red potatoes, and hot ciabatta bread seasoned with garlic and cheese.
