We have catered a lot of weddings over the years, many with unique touches to their event. But we’ve never seen a donkey bartender before. Wearing cooler saddle bags he delivered drinks to the guests. As that was happening, we served our appetizers of meatballs, bruschetta, and Brie cheese with crackers and fruit. For dinner we served our tri-tip, chicken breast, mac & cheese, roasted red potatoes, grilled veggies, organic spring mix salad, and ciabatta bread.
