We traveled to the town of Sheridan, CA to cater this wedding. Cooking and serving is closely choreographed with the itinerary of the event to be certain the food is fresh and hot when served. Pictured here is signage beautifully lettered to let your guests know what’s for dinner, which is always helpful.
The North Star House in Grass Valley is the perfect place for weddings or parties. Located in the heart of the Gold Country it is has a beautiful historic building and a court yard that makes for an intimate and picturesque wedding space. Bill’s Chuckwagon had the pleasure of serving our BBQ to this wedding party and their guests on a lovely spring day. 
We had the pleasure of cooking for a Grass Valley wedding party with guests all the way from Australia. They just loved our specially seasoned barbequed shrimp appetizer, mouth watering & delicious! But that’s not all, for the meal we had grilled salmon, ball tip roast, grilled veggies, grilled portabellas, salad, and ciabatta bread.
