We never mind making the hour-long drive to Mountain Shadow Resort in Forest Hill—it’s absolutely stunning and always worth the trip.
Guests enjoyed appetizers of creamy Brie with pepper jam, served alongside crackers and fresh fruit. For dinner, we served a delicious spread of Tri-Tip, grilled chicken, mac & cheese, roasted vegetables, and warm ciabatta bread.
