Our local Nevada County Fair is one of the best in the state. It is beautifully set under the pines which most often keeps fairgoers nice and cool. However, it is a lot of work to get it ready for this five-day event. We were delighted to serve the employees some traditional barbeque with some freshly made desserts, too.
