A great time was had by all at this happy, beautifully decorated event at Camp Augusta in Nevada City, CA. Bill’s Chuckwagon servers are standing by ready to fill the plates of attendees with piping hot BBQ.

We barbecue our food on site guaranteeing that your guests are served a meal hot off the grill. Here we are preparing our mesquite grilled half chickens that are served hot and moist. A plus for us is getting to BBQ under the pine trees in a lovely setting like the historic North Columbia Schoolhouse.

BBQ by the Beautiful Lake Wildwood

Lake Wildwood is one of Nevada County’s places of beauty. Our BBQ was set up near the water, on the grass under the big oaks which made for a peaceful setting for the wedding dinner being prepared and enjoyed by all.

Everyone was delighted and impressed with the BBQ on Sunday. The plentiful food was truly delicious and appreciated. All kept remarking about how well seasoned, tender and melt-in-your-mouth both the tri-tip and chicken were.
Lisa was a true gem; very social, polite, interesting AND a terrific chef! And what a hoot it was to have Jerrilyn show up! She and I worked together for years, and she knew many of our guests. She was lively, witty and great fun to see as she assisted Lisa.
All in all, it was a perfect BBQ and we were most grateful we were the recipients of the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce’s silent auction for your generous donation.
