Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering is a great choice for your company functions. Just last weekend we traveled to Durham, CA to cater their local Teamsters. For this mid day event we served, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, Veggie Burgers, Ranch Beans, Potato and Green Salads.
Tom Stanley, owner and Paul are focused on the food preparation for the over 200 people at Naggiar Vineyards Concert series. BBQ ribs and half chickens were on the menu that night with a colorful vegetable salad that are mixed and ready to serve.
Harmony Ridge Lodge is a beautiful, 5 acre venue located in the Nevada County foothills. It’s a perfect setting for an outdoor mountain wedding from spring through to fall among the oaks and pine trees. This bride and groom starts through the serving line having the choice of BBQ Lemon Herb Salmon, BBQ Chicken or BBQ Beef with sides of spring green salad, roasted garlic red potatoes and garlic bread.
