Nevada County has become a destination for weddings having many beautiful venues available. Some of our clients are lucky enough to have family or friends with the space to share for their wedding. We prepared and served the perfect late summer menu starting with a ‘Bruschetta and Brie Cheese Fruit tray then our BBQ Chicken and Ribs, Corn on the Cob, Colorful Salad, and Ciabatta Bread’ for this wedding. A lovely event under the trees of Nevada County.

One of the best parts of catering on site is being introduced to new venues. We were introduced to Mountain Shadows Retreat last week. This Foresthill venue with it’s amazing view, large building and yard is a great destination for any event.

We served these beautiful appetizer trays of fruit with brie cheese and crackers. An appetizer is great way to start a meal for a special event.

There was lots of room on the deck to set up our service of Traditional BBQ beef and chicken, veggies, salad, and ciabatta bread. Congratulations to the bride and groom and thank you for allowing us to cater your wedding.

Community involvement is important to us so we were delighted to be asked again to cater our traditional beef and chicken BBQ for a Bill Smithers for Sheriff fundraiser held at the Baldwin Ranch.
