BBQ Catering at Miner’s Foundry Cultural Center is always an enjoyable place to for us at Bill’s Chuckwagon to cook and serve. They offer a large kitchen to work in and plenty of room right outside for our large BBQ to be parked. Inside there is a large area outside the dinning room for us to serve the guests while the bride and groom enjoy a room full of guests happily enjoying their meal of barbecue beef and chicken, grilled veggies, salad , potatoes and ciabatta bread. A beautiful wedding indeed!

We look forward to seeing everyone at the  Grass Valley Cornish Christmas this year. We’ll be barbecuing and serving our popular ‘Pulled Pork’ and ‘Shredded Beef’ sandwiches. This event is free for the entire family and a great way to enjoy the holiday spirit. November 30th, December 7th, 14th and 21st from 6pm – 9pm.

We’re at Harmony Ridge Lodge, Nevada City catering a wedding under the tall pine trees. Our Traditional BBQ chicken and beef with grilled veggies, potatoes, salad and chiabotta bread, is always a big hit with friends and family as they gather around tables to celebrate this wonderful occasion.
