We had the honor of catering a memorial for well known and loved Nevada County resident and a voice on KMVR, Dave Olsen. It was evident of this by the large attendance at the event held at the Miners Foundry. We served our barbequed shrimp, meatballs, pulled pork sliders, and colorful fruit and veggie tray to the guests.

Here we are with our on site barbeque serving the guests of a retirement party our colorful green salad, traditional beef and chicken with ranch beans and roasted garlic red potatoes. Good food, good times!

Nevada County has the most beautiful venues and Schrammsberg Estate is certainly one of them. Surrounded with trees, greenery and a well lite pond will make any wedding one that dreams are made of.

We love to see the bride and groom enjoying our barbeque catering. They are filling their plates with our lemon-herb salmon, baby  back ribs, grilled red potatoes and veggies, our famous mac and cheese with ciabatta bread.
