We catered for this 1979 high school reunion at the Nevada County Horsemen venue. The menu was our Traditional BBQ beef and chicken with a fruit, macaroni and green salads, grilled portobello mushrooms and ciabatta bread. A great summer menu!

When Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering is doing the cooking and serving it makes for a stress free event for those who are doing the planning for a celebration of life gathering. The menu included fruit, green and potato salad with our traditional BBQ chicken and beef.

The menu is posted, the tables are set and the barbque is cookin at Nevada City’s Pioneer Park a perfect place for a reception. It was nice to BBQ and serve under the pines trees providing shade and the coolness of the green grass under the tables. Everyone enjoyed their meal as the band provided some tunes.
