Over 200 people attended the Nevada City Engineering event that was held at the Nevada City Elks.  Our BBQ chicken and beef with Tom’s homemade BBQ sauce was a BIG hit! We also, served sides of green salad, grilled red potatoes and ciabatta bread.

 

 

Love was in the air as we arrived on site for a Sand Harbor, Lake Tahoe wedding. The beauty of the lake was all around us as we served our ‘slow roasted tomato bruschetta on toasted baguette slices and baked brie with pepper jam, grapes and cracker’ appetizers and our traditional beef and chicken menu for dinner.

 

 

We catered for 300 people at the annual Draft Horse Classic’s VIP dinner held at the Nevada County Fairgrounds. On the menu was BBQ beef and chicken, ranch beans, green salad and ciabatta bread.  It was a great turn out to one of the community’s favorite events.
