We traveled to the town of Sheridan, CA to cater this wedding. Cooking and serving is closely choreographed with the itinerary of the event to be certain the food is fresh and hot when served. Thank You Thursday Market Goers

July 28th the Grass Valley Thursday Market came to it’s conclusion for the season. We want to give a big ‘Thank You’ to the Thursday Market Goers who stopped by our Barbeque to enjoy one of our ‘Pulled Pork’ or ‘Shredded Beef’ sandwiches. We always have a great time serving our fellow members of our community and visitors to our town at these events.

Grass Valley Rotary Salmon Dinner

We were delighted to cook and serve our local Grass Valley Rotary Club of which Bill’s Chuckwagon Catering is a member. Juicy, mouth watering lemon/herb marinade salmon, garlic roasted red potatoes and veggies, green salad and ciabatta bread filled the plates of our members.

Everyone was delighted and impressed with the BBQ on Sunday. The plentiful food was truly delicious and appreciated. All kept remarking about how well seasoned, tender and melt-in-your-mouth both the tri-tip and chicken were.
Lisa was a true gem; very social, polite, interesting AND a terrific chef! And what a hoot it was to have Jerrilyn show up! She and I worked together for years, and she knew many of our guests. She was lively, witty and great fun to see as she assisted Lisa.
All in all, it was a perfect BBQ and we were most grateful we were the recipients of the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce’s silent auction for your generous donation.
