We’re at Harmony Ridge Lodge, Nevada City catering a wedding under the tall pine trees. Our Traditional BBQ chicken and beef with grilled veggies, potatoes, salad and chiabotta bread, is always a big hit with friends and family as they gather around tables to celebrate this wonderful occasion.

We enjoyed catering for the Model Train Collector Club’s annual BBQ. It’s nice to see familiar faces and meeting some new ones, too. As you can see our Traditional BBQ Beef and Chicken with red potatoes, ranch beans and green salad was a big hit!

Here we are in Grass Valley at the NorthStar House catering a fall wedding. So what’s on the menu? Our very popular ‘Traditional BBQ Beef & Chicken’ of course!
