It was great to see old friends be reunited at the Nevada Union Class of ’59 – 60th Reunion. Held at the Nevada County Horsemen Clubhouse we cooked and served 100 people our Traditional BBQ Beef and Chicken dinner.

We had the honor of catering a memorial for well known and loved Nevada County resident and a voice on KMVR, Dave Olsen. It was evident of this by the large attendance at the event held at the Miners Foundry. We served our barbequed shrimp, meatballs, pulled pork sliders, and colorful fruit and veggie tray to the guests.

Here we are with our on site barbeque serving the guests of a retirement party our colorful green salad, traditional beef and chicken with ranch beans and roasted garlic red potatoes. Good food, good times!
