It was a perfectly beautiful fall day at Scotts Flat Lake for the Sacramento Water District gathering. Enjoying our BBQ catering of beef and chicken with sides of green salad, grilled veggies & potatoes, rice and ciabatta bread on the deck overlooking the lake.

Over 200 people attended the Nevada City Engineering event that was held at the Nevada City Elks.  Our BBQ chicken and beef with Tom’s homemade BBQ sauce was a BIG hit! We also, served sides of green salad, grilled red potatoes and ciabatta bread.

Love was in the air as we arrived on site for a Sand Harbor, Lake Tahoe wedding. The beauty of the lake was all around us as we served our ‘slow roasted tomato bruschetta on toasted baguette slices and baked brie with pepper jam, grapes and cracker’ appetizers and our traditional beef and chicken menu for dinner.
