It was our pleasure to cater a wedding at the historical Rainbow Lodge, now an event venue here in Nevada County. We served our most popular BBQ beef and chicken with roasted potatoes, mac & cheese, green salad, Ciabatta bread. Before dinner, the guests enjoyed the beauty of this high elevation, mountain venue with appetizers of slow roasted tomato Bruschetta on toasted baguette slices and meatballs.

Do we only cater in the Nevada County area? No we will travel up to 50 miles with our barbecue in toe. This beautiful wedding was in New Castle, CA. We served ball tip roast, chicken breast with sides of spring mix salad, roasted garlic red potatoes and ciabatta garlic bread to the newly weds and their family and friends.
