The most popular item on our menu is our Traditional Beef and Chicken BBQ. For this event however, the client wanted chicken halves. Grilled to perfection they are then cut in serving sizes for the enjoyment of both dark and light meat. We add our special seasoning to meld with the juices and you have a mouth watering meal. Served with your choice of sides.
