The Courtyard Suites in Grass Valley have a unique historical quality to their event space. It is always a treat to cater an event there. At this event, we served our traditional beef and chicken BBQ.
Traveling Barbecue Catering at 2121 Ranch
We traveled with barbecue in tow to Lincoln’s beautiful 2121 Ranch venue to cater a wedding. Serving appetizers of bruschetta bread and meatballs. For dinner, we served our famous tri-tip and skinless, boneless chicken breasts with sides of organic spring mix salad, roasted garlic red potatoes, and hot ciabatta bread seasoned with garlic and cheese.
Halloween Party Catering
We cater many different kinds of events but this Halloween Party was super fun to cater and be a part of! We served our Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon, Tri-Tip, Barbecue Chicken, Garlic Red Potatoes, and Hot Ciabatta Bread. Great costumes and props to go with a great catered meal.
