Christmas time is a time to gather and celebrate the holidays together. We enjoy helping to make our catering extra special for the season. At this Christmas party we started it off with an appetizer of brie cheese with pepper jam with a fruit tray and crackers. For the main meal we severed our spinach salad with apples, feta, and candied pecans, grilled salmon, tri-tip, roasted red potatoes, grilled veggies and ciabatta bread. My staff and I enjoyed catering the annual Grass Valley Rotary Club Fundraiser of which I’m a member. We had a great turnout for the fun event.
