Owner and chief, Tom Stanley busy slicing the juicy and tender beef for the event at River Highlands. Once sliced then off it goes into the warmers in the beautiful spacious barn. Then perfectly timed after the ceremony plates are piled with the meal specially planned for the occasion. Happy times!
