Built in 1859, this historic barn in Nevada City made for the perfect wedding venue. Surrounded by beautiful trees and green lawns. Our big barbeque fit in close by making it nice for serving. Appetizers of meatballs, brie cheese with fruit were offered. Then guests lined up to have their plates filled with hot off the grill; BBQ beef and chicken, green salad, grilled veggies and potatoes, and our tasty chiabatta bread.
2017 summertime is here and so is Grass Valley Thursday Night Market. Bill’s Chuckwagon Ultimate Catering will be there serving our famous Pulled Pork or Shredded Beef Sandwiches. This is a wonderful community event that we love to participate in, we hope you’ll join us in the fun! Downtown Grass Valley every Thursday until August 3, 2017, 5:30-9 p.m.
Nevada County is such a beautiful area with many opportunities for weddings or parties. Pioneer Park in Nevada City is one of those places. Tables were set up under the pine trees in quiet spot were guests filled their plates with Bill’s Chuckwagon Barbeque.
