A big thank you to our Veterans! The Del Webb Sun City Veterans Club in Lincoln celebrated in a big way with our traditional barbequed beef & chicken, roasted red potatoes, our colorful salad, and garlic ciabatta bread. This annual event held on Flag Day is one we always look forward to.

Here we are behind the scenes of Bill’s Chuckwagon catering barbecuing on site. They are literally smokin! Barbecuing on the site of your event assures that the meat and veggies are hot and juicy when placed on the plates of your guests. Nevada County is home to many beautiful vineyards which are the perfect venue for a wedding. Lucchesi’s Vineyards & Winery is one of them. For this wedding reception that held there, we served our slow roasted tomato bruschetta and brie cheese with fruit and crackers as their appetizers. Then we filled everyone’s plates with barbequed beef and chicken, garlic roasted potatoes, grilled veggies, green salad and ciabatta bread. Congratulations to the bride and groom!
