We are proud to serve our community at many different events. Here we are catering a political barn barbeque fundraiser for Bill Smithers who is running for sherif, held last weekend. We served our traditional BBQ chicken and beef with roasted garlic red potatoes, green salad and ciabatta bread.

Catering for AFC Finishers, a company in Oroville, while there was torrential down pour of rain was challenging but we were happy that we had a cover to work under. The rain didn’t stop the aroma of the chicken and ribs cooking just outside from seeping into the building to workers anticipating the day’s lunch. Sides of green salad, roasted garlic red potatoes, ranch beans, garlic bread brought a little ray of sunshine for the day.
Our community honored a local hero, Kevin Burke, last weekend at the Miners Foundry. We were honored to catered the 200 people in attendance to the memorial service. On the menu were meatballs, quiche, pulled pork sliders, fruit tray, brie cheese with crackers, turkey and cheese wraps and bruschetta.
