The Annual Cancer Survivors Picnic 2018 sponsored by the Sierra Nevada Hospital Foundation was held last weekend. My staff and I, at Bill’s Chuckwagon cooked and served our ‘Traditional Beef and Chicken BBQ ‘ to 250 people with sides of ranch beans, green salad, and garlic ciabatta bread. A BIG thank you to Eskaton who donated a vehicle to shuttle people to the picnic and to our driver Jerri Lynn. It really helped to make the evening enjoyable for everyone.
Spring and Summer brings back the Naggier Vineyard Concert Series of 2018 and we are happy to have been apart of last Saturday’s event. We served our popular BBQ Baby Back ribs with Tom’s ranch beans, coleslaw and rolls.
Wedding catering at the North Star House, a 1905 mansion designed by famed architect Julia Morgan in the Arts and Craftsman style is always a treat for us. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, surrounded with tall pine trees and has lots of flexibility to fit your needs.
Last weekend’s wedding catering at the North Star House consisted of our traditional barbeque chicken and beef with Tom’s famous homemade BBQ sauce. Just look at those sides of roasted red potatoes, a crisp green salad and colorful grilled vegetables.
