The Famous Marching Presidents once again for their 30th time marching down Broad Street in Nevada City at the Constitution Parade last Sunday, Sept. 9th. It’s the only group of it’s kind this side of the Mississippi River with all the U.S. Presidents and their wives dressed to perfection. It’s quite a show! It’s also, a lot of work and we were ready with our Traditional Beef and Chicken Barbeque, grilled veggies, salad, potatoes and hot chiabotta bread to feed them as they completed their march. Great job everyone!

A great way to show your employees that they are appreciated is to serve them good food. Thank you to this office for choosing our barbeque for your office party. We BBQ’ed on site and served our traditional beef and chicken, our recipe of secret mac and cheese, Tom’s famous beans, grilled veggies and everyone’s favorite ciabatta bread.

 

 

A Tahoe City Wedding with Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering – a fantastic combination! Tahoe City provided the beauty of the pine trees, the lake close by and cool weather. Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering provided meatballs, bruschetta, a cracker, cheese and fruit tray for the appetizers; baby back ribs, grilled sausages, chicken with sides of grilled potatoes, green salad and ciabatta bread.
A great day for this summertime wedding, where the tables were set, food was served and all the guests enjoyed the celebration!
