It’s always a pleasure to cook and serve for the Grass Valley Rotary Club, an organization that I belong to. This year our summer BBQ menu is; lemon herb salmon, beef with Tom’s Famous Homemade Sauce, potato salad, green salad, grilled summer veggies and garlic bread.
Are you looking for something different from the traditional barbeque? Yes, Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ Catering does make Mexican chicken and beef fajitas. Served with Mexican black beans and rice and veggies, it’s delicious!
It was great to see old friends be reunited at the Nevada Union Class of ’59 – 60th Reunion. Held at the Nevada County Horsemen Clubhouse we cooked and served 100 people our Traditional BBQ Beef and Chicken dinner.
