We had the privilege of catering a wedding at the Courtyard Suites, Grass Valley. We cooked and served; Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork, Chicken Breasts, Ranch Beans, Green Salad, and garlic bread. To entertain the guests as they enjoyed their meal was our favorite DJ, Jamal.
Nevada City, beautifully green and shady under the trees. A wonderful place for a wedding and enjoyable for us to cater at, too. Serving our traditional beef and chicken BBQ with mac & cheese, roasted garlic potatoes, and a green salad.
Harmony Ridge is a beautiful venue for Nevada County weddings. Events seem to be even more special now that these events can be shared with family and friends.
