All you need are a few tents for shade, some guests, some food and drinks and you have a party. This gathering was held at Rollins Lake last summer. Fun was had by all and we enjoyed cooking the food on location and serving the guests.

We had the pleasure to serve our BBQ for this beautiful spring wedding under the trees. Table settings and decor reflect nature and outdoor beauty. The barbeque is the icing on the cake, so to speak.
White Linen and Barbeque
I bet when you think of barbeque you don’t think of white linen tablecloths. But we find that our barbeque catering works well with formal events with white linen tablecloths as well the more casual ones.
The word barbeque has the connotation of a backyard setting but to us it means food cooked to perfection. That’s what you want for any event, formal or casual.
