Our community honored a local hero, Kevin Burke, last weekend at the Miners Foundry. We were honored to catered the 200 people in attendance to the memorial service. On the menu were meatballs, quiche, pulled pork sliders, fruit tray, brie cheese with crackers, turkey and cheese wraps and bruschetta.
