At a beautiful home tucked away among the tall pines trees of Nevada County, we catered a weather perfect, fall 70th Birthday party. Guests enjoyed some appetizers before the main meal of barbequed chicken breast and ball tip roast, green salad and roasted garlic red potatoes were served.
It is time once again for Grass Valley’s annual Cornish Christmas from 6pm to 9pm. Nov. 27, Dec. 4th, 11th, and 18th. Bill’s Chuckwagon will be there grilling and serving our piping hot Pull Pork, Beef and Bratwurst sandwiches. We look forward to sharing the fun and festivities with all of you.
Yes, we are famous for our delicious barbecue but our fajitas are a big hit, too. Your choice of chicken or beef with vegetables seasoned to perfection served with Mexican rice and black beans made with garlic and onions. Of course plenty of salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and chips are available for each guest to add as they wish. This dish is perfect for any event. Everyone loves the flavors of México!
