We had the pleasure of catering a lovely wedding at Schram’s! Guests enjoyed our tender tri-tip, grilled chicken breast, roasted red potatoes, organic spring mix salad with fresh veggies, grilled vegetables, and Truckee Sourdough ciabatta bread.
