It was quite a challenge catering in the windy, rainy storm but the NID employees enjoyed their annual chili cook-off accompanied with our barbequed hot dogs with all the fixins, red potatoes, and fresh green salad. Good thing there was a cover for us to serve under. Having a meal together is a great way to build good relationships among employees and a great way to say thank you.
