We are so pleased to have been a part of the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce 116th annual awards dinner by catering the meal for 160 members. The first course was a salad of organic spring mix topped with craisins, almonds, and feta cheese with a balsamic drizzle. Then followed by Santa Maria style tri-tip, lemon pepper chicken breast, garlic roasted red potatoes, grilled veggies, and dinner rolls from local bakery, Duprees. The meal was finished with Tom’s famous white chocolate cheesecake!
