A wedding celebration held at Crawford’s Barn in Sacramento with beautifully set tables in preparation for guests to enjoy Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ catering.
We started the meal with bruschetta brie cheese with fruit and cracker tray.
Then the mouth watering entrées of bbq chicken, beef and grilled portobello mushrooms filled the plates of over 150 guests. Sides of spring mix salad, roasted garlic red potatoes and veggies with hot seasoned ciabatta bread were added.
We can tell the meal was a big hit because there wasn’t much left in our warmers at the end of the event.
